In science, we have even had some visitors staying with us! You may have heard about the crayfish sleeping and fighting in our classroom. We have had a blast learning about them as well as other animals!
In reading, we have been doing small group novels as well as continuing using the Journey's book for our skills. Next week, we will work on Week 25 in Journeys. Then we will take a break to start preparing for the ASPIRE test.
We are nearly done with third grade math curriculum! We will be finishing up geometry and then moving to measurement! After that, we will be reviewing for the math portion of the ASPIRE test. I am very impressed with how well the students are doing in class in math!
